I want to thank Heidi and Ryan for offering this wonderful opportunity to participate in this course. I have been struggling this past year and a half with my dad being sick and passing away. I was a true daddy's girl and very close with him. I was full of anger, stress, sadness and emotions I didn't even know were possible. Losing a parent is terrible. I wanted my two little girls to have so much more time with Papa. Heidi and Ryan's program allowed me to address these emotions and learn to let them out with breathing and more journaling tips. I am also creating more time for myself every day to do Box Out drills. I look forward to continuing to work with and learn from Heidi and Ryan.
